Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac grzejnika listwowego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie pionowych i poziomych elementów grzejnych. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a strip radiator, manifested in the shape and arrangement of vertical and horizontal heating elements.

Grzejnik listwowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie z kolektora posiadajacego postac pro- stokatnej ramy i z osadzonych miedzy wewnetrznymi powierzchniami pionowych boków kolektora, rów- nolegle rozmieszczonych, poziomych radiatorów. Kolektor ma kwadratowy ksztalt przekroju poprzecz- nego, natomiast radiatory maja na przemian postac plaskich listew o przekroju prostokatnym i listew o przekroju kwadratowym. According to the industrial design, a strip radiator consists of a collector in the form of a rectangular frame and of the collector's vertical sides, placed between the internal surfaces of the collector, and horizontal, parallel heat sinks. The collector has a square cross-section, while the heat sinks alternate in the form of flat rectangular slats and square slats. The longer sides of the rectangular slats are 3 to 4 times wider than the width of the narrow sides and are arranged parallel to the front surface of the radiator.

Radiatory sa pogrupowane w jednakowo oddzielone od siebie segmenty – sekcje o róznej ilosci radiatorów, w zaleznosci od odmiany grzejnika, przy czym kazdy segment radiatorów posiada nieparzy- sta ilosc listew, których osie symetrii sa rozmieszczone w jednej plaszczyznie. Odmiany grzejnika wedlug wzoru róznia sie miedzy soba iloscia segmentów i iloscia poziomych radiatorów w tych segmentach. Ilosc ulozonych na przemian radiatorów o przekroju prostokatnym i kwa- dratowym wynosi od 3 do 9. Miedzy segmentami sa utworzone przerwy o szerokosci równej w przyblizeniu 5 odstepom mie- dzy sasiednimi listwami w segmentach. W czesci odmian grzejnika wedlug wzoru, w przerwach miedzy segmentami radiatorów znajduja sie relingi o ksztalcie splaszczonej litery „U”, wykonane z plaskich li- stew i zamocowane swymi koncami do czolowych scianek pionowych rurek kolektora. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Grzejnik listwowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jego kolektor ma ksztalt prostokatnej ramy, i jest zbudowany z rurki o przekroju w przyblizeniu kwadratowym, przy czym pomiedzy pionowymi elementami kolektora, na ich przeciwleglych pionowych sciankach osadzone sa równolegle rozmieszczone, poziome radiatory w postaci listew o przekroju kwadratowym i plaskich li- stew o przekroju prostokatnym, pogrupowane w jednakowo oddzielone od siebie segmenty o róznej, nieparzystej ilosci radiatorów rozmieszczonych na przemian. Osie symetrii radiatorów rozmieszczone sa w jednej plaszczyznie. W czesci odmian miedzy segmentami radiatorów znajduja sie relingi o ksztal- cie splaszczonej litery „U”, wykonane z plaskich listew i osadzone swymi koncami w czolowych scian- kach pionowych odcinków kolektora.
