PL 25664 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ozdobny grzejnik listwowy, przeznaczony do instalowa- nia w instalacjach centralnego ogrzewania pomieszczen mieszkalnych i uzytkowych, zwlaszcza lazie- nek i kuchni. PL 25664 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a decorative strip radiator, intended for installation in central heating installations of living and utility rooms, especially bathrooms and kitchens.

Istota niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac grzejnika listwowego. Grzejnik – co do zasady jest zbudowany podobnie do grzejnika znanego z wczesniejszych wzorów, a wiec posiada dwa pionowe kolektory o prostokatnym zarysie przekroju poprzecznego usytuowane blisko siebie po jednej stronie grzejnika, a w bocznej sciance jednego z nich sa osadzone radiatory polaczone ze soba parami na swoich przeciwleglych wolnych koncach. Radiatory sa zestawione w jednakowo oddzielone od siebie zespoly o zróznicowanej, parzystej ilosci listew grzejnych. Kazda odmiana grzejnika wedlug niniejszego wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze kolektory sa osloniete obudowa o ksztalcie wydluzonego prostopadlo- scianu, a przednia sciana tej obudowy posiada lustrzana powierzchnie. The essence of this industrial design is the new form of a strip radiator. Radiator - in principle, it is constructed similarly to the radiator known from earlier designs, so it has two vertical collectors with a rectangular cross-sectional outline located close to each other on one side of the radiator, and in the side wall of one of them there are heat sinks connected in pairs on their opposite sides free ends. The heat sinks are arranged in equally separated units with a varied, even number of heating strips. According to this formula, each type of heater is characterized by the fact that the collectors are covered with a casing in the shape of an elongated cuboid, and the front wall of this casing has a mirror surface.

Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, którego poszczególne figury przedstawiaja grzej- nik w dziesieciu kolejnych odmianach wykonania w widoku z przodu. The subject of the pattern is shown in the drawing, the individual figures of which show the radiator in ten successive variants of embodiment in front view.

Odmiany wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Grzejnik w pierwszej odmianie wedlug wzoru, w widoku z przodu przedstawiony jest na rysunku Fig. 1a, w widoku z góry na rysunku Fig. 1b, w widoku z boku na rysunku Fig. 1e, a w widoku perspektywicznym na rysunku Fig. 1d. Grzejnik posiada dwa pionowe kolektory oraz trzy zespoly radiatorów, z których górny i dolny zespól skladaja sie z czte- rech radiatorów, a srodkowy zespól ma dwa radiatory, jak pokazano na rysunku Fig. 1a, 1b, 1c i 1d. 2. Grzejnik listwowy z pionowymi kolektorami oraz trzema zespolami radiatorów, przy czym zespól najnizszy ma cztery radiatory, a zespól srodkowy i górny po dwa radiatory, jak pokazano na rysunku Fig. 2. 3. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Grzejnik listwowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada dwa pionowe kolektory o prostokat- nym zarysie przekroju poprzecznego, osadzone blisko siebie w poblizu jednego konca poziomych radiatorów. Radiatory maja postac listew o przekroju poprzecznym zblizonym do splaszczonego pro- PL 25664 3 stokata o pionowym dluzszym boku i sa polaczone parami na wolnych koncach. Radiatory sa pogru- powane w zespoly o róznej ilosci par radiatorów, przy czym w kazdej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego grzejnik ma obudowe o ksztalcie wydluzonego prostopadloscianu, oslaniajaca kolektory na ich calej dlugosci, a przednia sciana tej obudowy posiada lustrzana powierzchnie. Significant industrial design features: The industrial design strip heater has two vertical collectors with a rectangular cross-sectional outline, placed close to each other near one end of the horizontal heat sinks. The heat sinks have the form of strips with a cross-section similar to a flattened cone with a vertical longer side and are connected in pairs at the free ends. The heat sinks are grouped into sets with a different number of pairs of heat sinks, and in each variant of the industrial design, the radiator has a casing in the shape of an elongated cuboid, covering the collectors along their entire length, and the front wall of this casing has a mirror surface.
