PL 24967 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest grzejnik listwowy, przeznaczony do instalowania w instalacjach centralnego ogrzewania pomieszczen mieszkalnych i uzytkowych, zwlaszcza lazienek. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac grzejnika listwowego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie poziomych elementów grzejnych. Grzejnik listwowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zbudowany jest z kolektora doprowadzajacego, zbudowanego z rurek o przekroju poprzecznym w ksztalcie trapezu zwróconego szersza podstawa do wnetrza, lacznie tworzacych ksztalt litery „U" i z osadzonych na wewnetrznych powierzchniach pio- nowych rurek kolektora równolegle rozmieszczonych, poziomych radiatorów w postaci plaskich listew, pogrupowanych w jednakowo oddzielone od siebie segmenty – sekcje o róznej ilosci radiatorów, w zaleznosci od odmiany grzejnika. Miedzy segmentami radiatorów znajduja sie relingi o ksztalcie splaszczonej litery „U", wykonane z plaskich listew i zamocowane swymi koncami do czolowych scianek pionowych rurek kolektora. Do tylnych scianek tych rurek przytwierdzone sa elementy mocujace. Grzejnik moze byc podlaczony od dolu dwoma króccami przylaczeniowymi. Odmiany wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Grzejnik listwowy w pierwszej odmianie, z kolektorem w ksztalcie litery „U" oraz z radiatorami poziomymi w postaci listew grzejnych, umieszczonymi w trzech segmentach, z których pierwszy – górny segment zawiera trzy radiatory, drugi – srodkowy segment zawiera takze trzy radiatory, a trzeci – dolny segment – piec radiatorów. Pomiedzy segmentami sa rozmieszczone poziome relingi w ksztalcie splaszczonej litery „U" wykonane z plaskich listew zamocowanych do czolowych scianek pionowych ramion kolektora, jak pokazano na rysunku Fig. 1a – w widoku z przodu, Fig. 1 – w widoku z boku, a Fig. 1c – w widoku z góry. 2. Pomiedzy pionowymi elementami kolektora, na ich pionowych sciankach osadzone sa równolegle rozmieszczone, poziome radiatory w postaci plaskich listew, pogrupowane w jednakowo oddzielone od siebie segmenty – sekcje o róznej ilosci radiatorów, w zaleznosci od odmiany grzejnika. W przerwach pomiedzy tymi sekcjami sa rozmieszczone relingi wykonane z plaskich, rurek – listew. Na tylnej czesci ramy usytuowane sa elementy mocujace. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of strip heater, manifested in the shape and arrangement of horizontal heating elements. The strip heater, according to the industrial design, is composed of a supply manifold composed of tubes with a trapezoidal cross-section facing inward, together forming a "U" shape, and of parallel-spaced horizontal radiators in the form of flat strips mounted on the inner surfaces of the vertical manifold tubes, grouped into equally separated segments – sections with a different number of radiators, depending on the radiator type. Between the radiator segments there are rails in the shape of a flattened "U", made of flat strips and attached at their ends to the front walls of the vertical collector tubes. Fastening elements are attached to the rear walls of these tubes. The radiator can be connected from the bottom using two connecting stubs. Industrial design variants: 1. A strip radiator in the first variant, with a "U"-shaped collector and horizontal radiators in the form of heating strips, arranged in three segments, of which the first - upper segment contains three radiators, the second - middle segment also contains three radiators, and the third - lower segment - five radiators. Between the segments there are arranged horizontal rails in the shape of a flattened "U" letter made of flat strips attached to the front walls of the vertical arms of the collector, as shown in Fig. 1a – front view, Fig. 1 – side view, and Fig. 1c – top view. 2. A strip radiator in the second variant, with a collector in the shape of the letter "U" and with horizontal radiators in the form of heating strips, arranged in four segments, of which the first – upper segment contains three radiators, the second – middle segment contains five radiators, and the third – lower segment – eight radiators, wherein between the segments there are arranged horizontal rails in the shape of a flattened "U" letter made of flat strips attached to the front walls of the vertical arms of the collector, as shown in Fig. 2 – front view; 3. Between the segments there are three horizontal rails in the shape of a flattened U-letter made of flat strips attached to the front walls of the vertical arms of the collector. The radiator has a U-shaped collector made of trapezoidal tubes and horizontal radiators in the form of flat heating strips, arranged in five segments, of which the first – upper segment contains four radiators, the second, third and fourth – middle segments contain six radiators each, and the fifth – lower segment – seven radiators. The radiator has four rails arranged between the radiator sectors, as shown in Fig. 5 – front view. PL 24967 3 Essential features of the industrial design: The strip radiator according to the industrial design is characterized in that its collector is made of three trapezoidal tubes, the wider base of which is turned towards the center, connected together so that together they form the shape of the letter U. Between the vertical collector elements, on their vertical walls, are parallel, horizontal radiators in the form of flat strips, grouped into equally spaced segments – sections with varying numbers of radiators, depending on the radiator type. Rails made of flat, tube-like strips are placed in the gaps between these sections. Fastening elements are located on the rear of the frame.
