Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac grzejnika rurkowego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie elementów grzejnych. Grzejnik rurkowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zbudowany jest z dwóch pionowych kolektorów i rozmieszczonego pomiedzy nimi zestawu radiatorów. Zarówno kolektory jak i radiatory zbudowane sa z rurek o przekroju poprzecznym w ksztalcie prostokata zblizonego do kwadratu. Zestaw radiatorów zlozony jest z dwóch radiatorów skrajnych osadzonych prostopadle do kolektorów na górze i na dole grzejnika oraz z co najmniej trzech zespolów radiatorów, z których kazdy jest zbudowany z pieciu rurek w ten sposób, ze tworza obraz litery „A" obróconej pod katem 90°, przy czym ramiona tej litery sa utworzone z dwóch par dluzszych, równoleglych rurek radiatorów, a piata, krótsza rurka jest pionowa i stanowi poprzeczke litery „A". Pary rurek radiatorów sa osadzone ukosnie pod katem okolo 5° i -5° wzgledem radiatorów skrajnych i nie stykaja sie ze soba w wierzcholku litery. W zaleznosci od odmiany grzejnika zestaw radiatorów moze byc zlozony z trzech do siedmiu i pól zespolów, a polowa odmian grzejnika posiada relingi o ksztalcie splaszczonej litery „U". Odmiany grzejnika wedlug wzoru róznia sie miedzy soba iloscia zespolów radiatorów i niektóre z nich posiadaja relingi. Ilosc zespolów radiatorów wynosi od 3 do 7 i pól, a relingi maja ksztalt splaszczonej litery „U", sa wykonane z plaskich listew i zamocowane swymi koncami do czolowych scianek pionowych rurek kolektora. Grzejnik rurkowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony w dziesieciu odmianach wykonania na rysunku, którego figury 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 i 1.4 oraz Fig. 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 i 2.4 – przedstawiaja pierwsza i druga odmiane grzejnika wedlug wzoru w widoku z przodu, z boku, od dolu i z góry, natomiast Fig 3 ? 10 – odmiany trzecia do dziesiatej grzejnika w widoku z przodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Grzejnik rurkowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jego kolektor jest zbudowany z dwóch pionowych rurek o przekroju w przyblizeniu kwadratowym. Pomiedzy pionowymi elementami kolektora, na ich przeciwleglych, wewnetrznych, pionowych sciankach osadzony jest zestaw radiatorów. Zestaw radiatorów jest zbudowany z rurek o przekroju w przyblizeniu kwadratowym, ma poziome skrajne radiatory górny i dolny, a pomiedzy nimi rozmieszczone trzy do siedmiu i pól zespolów radiatorów. Kazdy zespól jest zlozony z dwóch par równoleglych rurek usytuowanych pod katem na przemian okolo 5° i okolo -5° wzgledem poziomu tak, ze tworza obraz litery „A" obróconej o kat 90°, natomiast piata, krótsza rurka jest pionowa i rozmieszczona pomiedzy sasiednimi radiatorami, stanowiac poprzeczke litery „A". W polowie odmian miedzy segmentami radiatorów znajduja sie relingi o ksztalcie splaszczonej litery „U", wykonane z plaskich listew i osadzone swymi koncami w czolowych sciankach pionowych rurek kolektora pod takim samym katem, jak radiatory tworzace ramiona litery „A". The essence of the industrial design is a new form of tubular radiator, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the heating elements. The tubular radiator, according to the industrial design, is composed of two vertical collectors and a set of radiators arranged between them. Both the collectors and the radiators are composed of tubes with a rectangular cross-section close to a square. The radiator set consists of two outer radiators mounted perpendicularly to the collectors at the top and bottom of the radiator, and at least three radiator assemblies, each of which is constructed of five tubes in such a way that they form the image of the letter "A" rotated at an angle of 90°, where the arms of this letter are formed by two pairs of longer, parallel radiator tubes, and the fifth, shorter tube is vertical and constitutes the crossbar of the letter "A". The pairs of radiator tubes are mounted diagonally at an angle of approximately 5° and -5° to the outer radiators and do not touch each other at the apex of the letter. Depending on the radiator type, the radiator set may consist of three to seven and a half assemblies, and half of the radiator types have rails in the shape of a flattened "U". The radiator varieties according to the pattern differ in the number of radiator assemblies, and some of them have rails. The number of radiator assemblies ranges from 3 to 7.5, and the rails have the shape of a flattened "U", are made of flat strips and attached at their ends to the front walls of the vertical collector tubes. The tubular radiator according to the industrial pattern is shown in ten variants in the drawing, where Figures 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4 and Fig. 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4 show the first and second variants of the radiator according to the pattern in front, side, bottom and top views, while Fig. 3-10 show the third to tenth variants of the radiator in front view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The industrial design tubular radiator is characterized by its collector consisting of two vertical tubes with a roughly square cross-section. A set of radiators is mounted between the vertical collector elements, on their opposing inner vertical walls. The radiator set consists of tubes with a roughly square cross-section, with horizontal upper and lower radiators, and three to seven and a half radiator assemblies arranged between them. Each assembly consists of two pairs of parallel tubes arranged at alternating angles of approximately 5° and approximately -5° to the horizontal, forming the image of the letter "A" rotated 90°. The fifth, shorter tube is vertical and arranged between the adjacent radiators, constituting the crossbar of the letter "A." In half of the varieties, between the radiator segments there are rails in the shape of a flattened "U", made of flat strips and set with their ends in the front walls of the vertical collector tubes at the same angle as the radiators forming the arms of the letter "A".
