EN 24706 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a strip heater, intended for installation in central heating installations of living and utility rooms, especially bathrooms and kitchens.

Znane sa grzejniki posiadajace pionowe kolektory rurowe polaczone poziomymi rurkami grzej- nymi, przy czym rurki grzejne sa rozmieszczone w jednakowych odleglosciach miedzy soba w kilku zespolach. Glównie ze wzgledów technologicznych zespoly rurek sa rozmieszczone tak, ze odleglosc miedzy tymi zespolami jest równa sumie dwóch badz trzech odleglosci miedzy rurkami w zespole. There are known heaters having vertical tube collectors connected by horizontal heating pipes, the heating pipes being arranged at equal distances between each other in several groups. Mainly for technological reasons the tube assemblies are arranged such that the distance between the tube assemblies is equal to a sum of two or three tube distances in the assembly.

Ksztalt przekroju poprzecznego kolektorów i rurek grzejnych w duzej mierze zalezy od dostepnego wy- boru wyrobów hutniczych, najczesciej przybierajac ksztalt owalu, kola badz kwadratu, natomiast o ilosci zespolów rurek i ilosci rurek grzejnych w kazdym zespole, a takze odleglosci pomiedzy poszczególnymi zespolami decyduje przeznaczenie grzejnika i inwencja twórcza jego konstruktora. Grzejnik ten zawiera dwa pionowe kolektory, majace w przekroju poprzecznym zarys okragly i rozmieszczone blisko siebie w poblizu jednego konca radiatorów, a radiatory majace w przekroju ksztalt kwadratu, sa osadzone poziomo w sciankach kolektorów. Ponadto wzór charaktery- zuje sie tym, ze ma cztery zespoly radiatorów, z których trzy zespoly, liczac od góry, skladaja sie z trzech radiatorów, a dolny zespól z szesciu radiatorów. Z wspólnotowego wzoru przemyslowego o numerze RCD – 001170138 – 0014 znany jest grzejnik posiadajacy dwa pionowe kolektory rurowe rozmieszczone blisko siebie w poblizu jednego konca radia- torów oraz dwa zespoly poziomych rurek grzejnych, przy czym kazdy z tych zespolów sklada sie z czternastu rurek, a konce kazdej pary rurek sa ze soba polaczone poprzecznym króccem rurowym. A radiator with two vertical pipe collectors placed close to each other near one end of the radiators and two sets of horizontal heating pipes, each of these sets consisting of fourteen pipes and the ends of the radiator, is known from the Community industrial design number RCD - 001170138 - 0014. each pair of pipes are connected with each other by a transverse pipe stub.

Odleglosc miedzy zespolami jest prawie trzykrotnie wieksza od odleglosci miedzy poszczególnymi rur- kami grzejnymi w zespole. The distance between the units is almost three times as large as the distance between the individual heat pipes in the unit.

Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac grzejnika listwowego, charakteryzujaca sie od- miennym ksztaltem rurek grzejnych, zestawionych w jednakowo oddzielone od siebie zespoly o zrózni- cowanej ilosci rurek. Grzejnik listwowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada dwa kolektory o kwadratowym zarysie przekroju poprzecznego, osadzone blisko siebie w poblizu lewego konca radiatorów, a te maja postac listew o przekroju poprzecznym zblizonym do splaszczonego prostokata i sa polaczone parami na swo- ich wolnych koncach.
