Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest grzejnik rurkowy, przeznaczony do instalacji centralnego ogrzewania w pomieszczeniach mieszkalnych i uzytkowych, zwlaszcza w lazienkach. Z opisów polskich wzorów przemyslowych Rp. 14943, Rp. 14944 i Rp. 16879 znany jest grzejnik lazienkowy posiadajacy dwa pionowe kolektory rurkowe, majace w przekroju poprzecznym zarys kolowy. Na czolowych powierzchniach tych kolektorów sa osadzone radiatory w postaci prostych, poziomych rurek o przekroju kolowym, rozmieszczone równolegle w zespolach - sekcjach o róznej ilosci radiatorów, w zaleznosci od odmiany grzejnika. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac grzejnika rurkowego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie poziomych elementów grzejnych. Grzejnik rurkowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada kolektor w postaci prostokatnej ramy, która w przekroju poprzecznym ma zarys kolowy. Na czolowej powierzchni pionowych boków kolektora sa osadzone radiatory w postaci prostych, poziomych rurek o przekroju kolowym, rozmieszczone równolegle w zespolach - sekcjach o róznej ilosci radiatorów, w zaleznosci od odmiany grzejnika. Grzejnik rurkowy w drugiej odmianie wykonania wedlug wzoru, przedstawiony na rysunku Fig. 2 posiada cztery sekcje radiatorów: górna zlozona z czterech radiatorów, srodkowe z czterech radiatorów i pieciu radiatorów oraz dolna zlozona z szesciu radiatorów. Grzejnik w trzeciej odmianie wykonania wedlug wzoru, przedstawiony na rysunku Fig. 3, posiada cztery sekcje radiatorów: górna zlozona z pieciu radiatorów, dwie srodkowe posiadajace po szesc radiatorów oraz dolna zlozona z dziewieciu radiatorów. W czwartej odmianie wykonania wedlug wzoru, przedstawionej na rysunku Fig. 4, grzejnik posiada piec sekcji radiatorów: górna zlozona z czterech radiatorów, srodkowe z pieciu, szesciu i siedmiu radiatorów oraz dolna zlozona z osmiu radiatorów. Grzejnik rurkowy w piatej odmianie wykonania wedlug wzoru, przedstawiony na rysunku Fig. 5, posiada piec sekcji radiatorów: górna zlozona z czterech radiatorów, srodkowe z szesciu, szesciu i osmiu radiatorów oraz dolna zlozona z czternastu radiatorów. Grzejnik w szóstej odmianie wykonania wedlug wzoru, przedstawiony na rysunku Fig. 6, posiada piec sekcji radiatorów: górna i trzy srodkowe posiadajace po 4 radiatory i dolna zlozona z siedmiu radiatorów. W siódmej odmianie wykonania wedlug wzoru, przedstawionej na rysunku Fig. 7, grzejnik posiada trzy sekcje radiatorów: górna zlozona z czterech radiatorów, srodkowa zlozona z siedmiu radiatorów oraz dolna zlozona z dziewieciu radiatorów. Grzejnik w ósmej odmianie wykonania wedlug wzoru, przedstawiony na rysunku Fig. 8, posiada cztery sekcje radiatorów: górna zlozona z czterech radiatorów, srodkowe z pieciu i szesciu radiatorów oraz dolna zlozona z siedmiu radiatorów. Grzejnik w dziewiatej odmianie wykonania wedlug wzoru, przedstawiony na rysunku Fig. 9, posiada cztery sekcje radiatorów: górna zlozona z pieciu radiatorów, srodkowe z szesciu i osmiu radiatorów oraz dolna zlozona z osmiu radiatorów.PL 20207 3 Grzejnik w dziesiatej odmianie wykonania wedlug wzoru, przedstawiony na rysunku Fig. 10, posiada cztery sekcje radiatorów: górna i dwie srodkowe posiadajace po cztery radiatory oraz dolna zlozona z dwunastu radiatorów. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Grzejnik rurkowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada kolektor w postaci prostokatnej ramy, która w przekroju poprzecznym ma zarys kolowy. Na czolowej powierzchni pionowych boków kolektora sa osadzone radiatory w postaci prostych, poziomych rurek o przekroju kolowym, rozmieszczone równolegle w zespolach - sekcjach, których ilosc oraz ilosci radiatorów w poszczególnych sekcjach sa rózne, w zaleznosci od odmiany grzejnika. 2. Grzejnik w pierwszej i siódmej odmianie wykonania posiada trzy sekcje radiatorów, przy czym: – w pierwszej odmianie posiada: górna zlozona z czterech radiatorów, srodkowa z pieciu radiatorów i dolna zlozona z szesciu radiatorów, – w siódmej odmianie posiada: górna zlozona z czterech radiatorów, srodkowa z siedmiu radiatorów i dolna zlozona z dziewieciu radiatorów. 3. Grzejnik w drugiej, trzeciej, ósmej, dziewiatej i dziesiatej odmianie wykonania posiada cztery sekcje radiatorów, przy czym: – w drugiej odmianie posiada: górna zlozona z czterech radiatorów, srodkowe z czterech radiatorów i pieciu radiatorów oraz dolna zlozona z szesciu radiatorów, – w trzeciej odmianie posiada: górna zlozona z pieciu radiatorów, dwie srodkowe posiadajace po szesc radiatorów oraz dolna zlozona z dziewieciu radiatorów, – w ósmej odmianie posiada: górna zlozona z czterech radiatorów, srodkowe z pieciu radiatorów i szesciu radiatorów oraz dolna zlozona z siedmiu radiatorów, – w dziewiatej odmianie posiada: górna zlozona z pieciu radiatorów, srodkowe z szesciu radiatorów i osmiu radiatorów oraz dolna zlozona z osmiu radiatorów, – w dziesiatej odmianie posiada: górna zlozona z czterech radiatorów, dwie srodkowe takze z czterech radiatorów oraz dolna zlozona z dwunastu radiatorów. 4. Descriptions of Polish industrial designs Rp. 14943, Rp. 14944, and Rp. 16879 describe a bathroom radiator with two vertical tubular collectors, each with a circular cross-section. Radiators in the form of straight, horizontal circular tubes are mounted on the front surfaces of these collectors, arranged in parallel in sections with varying numbers of radiators, depending on the radiator type. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of tubular radiator, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the horizontal heating elements. The tubular radiator, according to the industrial design, has a collector in the form of a rectangular frame, with a circular cross-section. On the front surface of the vertical sides of the collector there are mounted radiators in the form of straight, horizontal tubes with a circular cross-section, arranged in parallel in units - sections with a different number of radiators, depending on the radiator type. The tubular radiator in the second variant of the design shown in Fig. 2 has four radiator sections: the upper one composed of four radiators, the middle one composed of four radiators and five radiators, and the lower one composed of six radiators. The radiator in the third variant of the design shown in Fig. 3 has four radiator sections: the upper one composed of five radiators, the two middle ones having six radiators each, and the lower one composed of nine radiators. In the fourth embodiment according to the pattern, shown in Fig. 4, the radiator has five radiator sections: the upper section composed of four radiators, the middle sections composed of five, six, and seven radiators, and the lower section composed of eight radiators. The tubular radiator in the fifth embodiment according to the pattern, shown in Fig. 5, has five radiator sections: the upper section composed of four radiators, the middle sections composed of six, six, and eight radiators, and the lower section composed of fourteen radiators. The radiator in the sixth embodiment according to the pattern, shown in Fig. 6, has five radiator sections: the upper section and the three middle sections composed of four radiators each, and the lower section composed of seven radiators. In the seventh embodiment according to the pattern, shown in Fig. 7, the radiator has three radiator sections: the upper section composed of four radiators, the middle section composed of seven radiators, and the lower section composed of nine radiators. The radiator in the eighth embodiment according to the pattern, shown in Fig. 8, has four radiator sections: the upper section composed of four radiators, the middle sections composed of five and six radiators, and the lower section composed of seven radiators. The radiator in the ninth variant of the design, shown in Fig. 9, has four radiator sections: the upper section composed of five radiators, the middle sections composed of six and eight radiators, and the lower section composed of eight radiators.PL 20207 3 The radiator in the tenth variant of the design, shown in Fig. 10, has four radiator sections: the upper section and two middle sections composed of four radiators each, and the lower section composed of twelve radiators. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The tubular radiator according to the industrial design has a collector in the form of a rectangular frame, which has a circular outline in cross-section. Radiators in the form of straight, horizontal tubes with a circular cross-section are mounted on the front surface of the collector's vertical sides, arranged in parallel in sections, the number of which and the number of radiators in each section vary depending on the radiator type. 2. The radiator in the first and seventh versions has three radiator sections, where: – the first version has: an upper section composed of four radiators, a middle section composed of five radiators, and a lower section composed of six radiators; – the seventh version has: an upper section composed of four radiators, a middle section composed of seven radiators, and a lower section composed of nine radiators. 3. The radiator in the second, third, eighth, ninth and tenth variants has four radiator sections, wherein: – in the second variant it has: an upper section consisting of four radiators, a middle section consisting of four radiators and five radiators, and a lower section consisting of six radiators, – in the third variant it has: an upper section consisting of five radiators, two middle sections having six radiators each, and a lower section consisting of nine radiators, – in the eighth variant it has: an upper section consisting of four radiators, a middle section consisting of five radiators and six radiators, and a lower section consisting of seven radiators, – in the ninth variant it has: an upper section consisting of five radiators, a middle section consisting of six radiators and eight radiators, and a lower section consisting of eight radiators, – in the tenth variant it has: an upper section consisting of four radiators, two the middle one also consists of four radiators and the lower one consists of twelve radiators. 4.
