Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie w postaci pojemnika. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru jest przeznaczone do stosowania jako pojemnik na produkty plynne, pólplynne i o konsystencji pastowatej, zwlaszcza na produkty kosmetyczne, takie jak przykladowo balsam po goleniu. Opakowanie w postaci pojemnika wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyróznia sie w porównaniu z innymi znanymi wzorami pojemników nowa postacia, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii oraz powierzchni i elementach graficznych. The packaging according to the design is intended for use as a container for liquid, semi-liquid, and pasty products, particularly cosmetic products such as aftershave balm. The container packaging according to the industrial design stands out from other known container designs due to its novelty, manifesting itself in the shape and arrangement of lines, surfaces, and graphic elements. The packaging in the form of a container in the first variant of the design has a shape generally similar to the shape of a stylized bullet and has a lower part in a shape similar to a cylinder with an approximately round bottom and an upper part situated on top thereof, which has the shape of an approximately conically tapering solid of revolution with a base adapted in shape and dimensions to the lower part, wherein the upper part has a shape tapering upwards from an approximately circular base to an upper, slightly rounded convex top, with an approximately round outline and a small diameter, which is slightly flattened from the top and has a rounded edge of the outline, wherein the side surface of the upper part is generally convexly rounded.
