PL 23748 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z etykieta, w kolorze czarnym, w ksztalcie wal- ca z zaokraglonymi do wewnatrz krawedziami, zakonczona stozkiem scietym z umieszczona nakretka. Butelka oklejona jest etykieta z logiem firmy FANEX, pod którym znajduje sie napis „03" z umieszczo- nym tekstem „nr" pod którymi umieszczony jest napis „sos" oraz na pasku napis „CZOSNKOWY", ponadto wszystkie te elementy znajduja sie na czarnym tle. W dolnej czesci grafiki umieszczone sa piktogramy z elementami zwiazanymi z grillem. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ogólnej kolorystyce, oryginalnej grafice opakowania oraz ukladzie linii, co nadaje indywidualny charakter wzoru. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym zdjeciu na którym fig. 1 przed- stawia butelke z etykieta w widoku z przodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego „butelka z etykieta" jest nowa postac wzoru, posiada- jaca indywidualny charakter, przejawiajacy sie w jego nowej i oryginalnej grafice, kolorystyce oraz nowym ukladzie linii. The bottle is covered with a label with the FANEX company logo, under which is the inscription "03" with the text "nr" placed, under which is the inscription "sos" and on the stripe the inscription "CZOSNKOWY" (CAR), all of which are on a black background. At the bottom of the graphic are pictograms with elements related to a grill. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in its overall color scheme, original packaging graphics and line layout, which gives the design a unique character. The industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle with the label in a front view. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the "bottle with label" industrial design are the new form of the design, with an individual character, manifested in its new and original graphics, colors and new line layout.
