Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka pojemnika, pelniacego role jednostkowego opakowania, glównie wyrobów kosmetycznych. Moga to byc kremy, zele, balsamy, farby do wlosów lub inne wyroby kosmetyczne. Nasadka moze tez stanowic wyposazenie opakowania jednostkowego wyrobów chemii gospodarczej, klejów, farb oraz produktów farmaceutycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Nasadka pojemnika, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest przeznaczona do wytwarzania w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy glównie z tworzyw sztucznych. These may include creams, gels, balms, hair dyes, or other cosmetic products. The cap may also be used as an accessory for individual packaging for household chemicals, adhesives, paints, and pharmaceutical products. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, and materials. According to the industrial design, the container cap is intended for industrial or handicraft production, primarily from plastics. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the cap in a general view in the closed state, fig. 2 shows the cap in a general view in the open state, fig. 3 shows the container cap in a front view, fig. 4 shows the side view in the closed state, fig. 5 shows the side view in the open state, and fig. 6 shows the cover part in a side view. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached drawing, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6 - include that the container cap is formed by a protective part 1 and a hinged flap 3 connected to it by means of an elastic band 2. The cap is shaped in the form of a three-dimensional block open at the bottom, with an ellipse outline in a top view, with side walls 4 slightly widening towards the bottom. The flap 3 with a horizontal upper surface has edges 5 bent at an angle and slightly elongated at the front and rear, enabling its mounting on the cover part 1. In the middle of the hinged flap 3, at the bottom, there is a round sealing projection 6 cooperating with a dispensing opening surrounded by a convex ring 7. The dispensing opening surrounded by a convex ring 7 is made in the bottom 8 of the cover part 1. At the top, around the edge of the cover part 1, there is a circumferential cutout, forming a ledge 9. The ledge 9 on the front side is recessed and arc-shaped, so that after closing the hinged flap 3, a recess 10 is visible in the front wall of the cap, disappearing towards the sides.
