Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka pojemnika, pelniacego role jednostkowego opakowania, glównie wyrobów kosmetycznych. Moga to byc kremy, zele, balsamy, farby do wlosów lub inne wyroby kosmetyczne. Nasadka moze tez stanowic wyposazenie opakowania jednostkowego wyrobów chemii gospodarczej, klejów, farb oraz produktów farmaceutycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Nasadka pojemnika, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest przeznaczona do wytwarzania w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy glównie z tworzyw sztucznych. These may be creams, gels, balms, hair dyes or other cosmetic products. The cap may also be an accessory for a unit package of household chemicals, adhesives, paints and pharmaceutical products. The essence of the design is a new and individual form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes and material. The container cap, according to the industrial design, is intended for industrial or craft production, mainly from plastics. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which fig. 1 - shows the cap in a general view in the closed state, fig. 2 - shows the cap in a general view in the open state, fig. 3 - shows the container cap in a front view, fig. 4 - in a side view in the closed state, fig. 5 - in a side view in the open state, and fig. 6 - the covering part in a side view. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached drawing, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 6 - include that the container cap is formed by a protective part 1 and a hinged flap 3 connected to it by means of an elastic band 2. The cap is shaped in the form of a spatial block open at the bottom, in the outline of an ellipse in a top view, with the upper surface cut diagonally. Its side walls 4 widen slightly towards the bottom. The hinged flap 3 connected to the cover part 1 has edges 5 bent at an angle, slightly elongated at the front and at the back, enabling it to be attached to the cover part 1. In the middle of the hinged flap 3, at the bottom, there is a round sealing projection 6 cooperating with a dispensing opening surrounded by a convex ring 7 made in the bottom 8 of the cover part 1, inclined diagonally to the base. The edge of the bottom 8 has cutouts forming a circumferential offset 9. The offset 9 is arc-shaped on the front side.
