Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego formie i ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, która przedstawia widok kranika z boku. Kranik do butelki sklada sie z korpusu w ksztalcie beczulki, u dolu której umieszczona jest nakretka. Na górnej czesci korpusu jest regulator przeplywu w ksztalcie dzwonka, w którym z prawej strony jest uchwyt w ksztalcie walca zakonczonego kulka. Z lewej strony korpusu jest wyprowadzenie do butelki, które ma ksztalt walca zakonczonego wyoblonym kolnierzem, zas po przeciwleglej stronie kolnierza znajduje sie walec zakonczony kulka, z której dolnej czesci wyprowadzona jest beczulka. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in its form and shape. The design is shown in the attached photograph, which shows a side view of the tap. The bottle tap consists of a barrel-shaped body with a cap at the bottom. On the upper part of the body is a bell-shaped flow regulator, with a cylindrical handle with a ball at the end on the right side. On the left side of the body is a bottle outlet, which is cylindrical with a rounded collar at the end, while on the opposite side of the collar is a cylinder with a ball at the end, from the lower part of which the barrel extends.
