The right of protection for design registration has been in effect since 1 August 1999. The design covers a bottle brush intended for washing bottles and similar containers. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the decorative shape of the brush handle. The design is shown in the attached photograph, in which the brush is shown in an axonometric view, laid on its side. The bottle brush, as shown in the design, has a handle with cylindrical bristles mounted on the straight end. The decorative pattern of the handle symbolizes a "spirit in a bottle," so that the straight part of the handle, extending from the bristles, has a thin, stick-like outline that widens towards the head of the handle, transforming along its length into an oval, faceless head with two empty eye sockets, as shown in the attached photograph.
