The essence of the industrial design is a new form of upholstered furniture side panels, manifested in a simple design that gives the sides of upholstered furniture a unique appearance. The side panel of an upholstered piece of furniture, designed according to the industrial design, is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a cuboid side panel with a wavy armrest in an axonometric view. The side panel of an upholstered piece of furniture, designed according to the industrial design, has a cuboid shape with a rectangular base and distinctly different side length proportions. It is entirely covered with upholstery material applied to a layer of foam glued to the sides of the rectangular frame of the upholstered piece. The side of an upholstered piece of furniture features a wave-like upper armrest. The curve of the wave is upholstered in the same material as the rest of the side of the furniture, based on an industrial design.
