Rysunek wskazuje przyklad wykonania takiego przyrzadu.Fig. 1 przedstawia maly generatorzprzodu; fig. 2—przekrój tegoz, a fig. 3— widok boczny.Klapa wylotowa a posiada w srodku dysze q, do- której dochodzi para rura r, zas zawiasy tej klapy wykonane sa w postaci kurka. PLThe invention relates to generators for the production of medium quantity of water gas, whereby the generator shaft is connected to a flake without any mechanical closing members. In these generators, a duct for conveying hot air is connected to a gas duct and is provided in addition to a simple valve into a safety valve in the form of a pipe, the plate immersed in a vessel of water, connected to the fluff tank. Whereas known generators with an open connection between the water gas discharge conduit and the flakes were guided by suction air only, by using a suitable safety valve it is possible to lead the generator also with compressed air in such a way that the controlled air flow is avoided. The passage between the conduit carrying the water gas and the bedding creates a connection, which makes the movements of the organs moving along the path dependent. periodic mode of operation, the combination of which enables operation even by an untrained hand. This simplification of operation and, at the same time, the resulting cheapening of the entire device is of particular importance for small water gas generators, which can be replaced by today, so many times used in small plants, generators of the so-called air gas, working also very simply, but generating gas easily explosive and relatively expensive. The drawing shows an example of such an instrument. 1 shows a small front generator; Fig. 2 is a cross section of it, and Fig. 3 - a side view. The outlet flap a has in the center nozzles q, which is joined by a pair of pipe r, and the hinges of this flap are made in the form of a valve. Above the generator shaft there is an evaporator p. C is the furnace opening, d - the pipe connecting the shaft is made of the flake to; this pipe is immersed in the water at the lower end of h. The pipe is connected to the valve e by the air pipe o, supplied with air from a manually driven fan m. Above the valve plug enters the valve e pipe /, immersed in the vessel, connected with with a water reservoir. The immersion depth of the pipe l is smaller than the immersion depth of the pipe h. Between the hinges of the discharge flap a and the valve stem e a lever / is fitted. The generator operates as follows: In the position as in Fig. 1, the lever f is raised, and The same outlet flap is closed, while the hinges, made as a tap, are adjusted in such a way that steam enters the nozzle q through the pipe r. Then the valve e is closed so that the gas from the throat of the generator can flow downwards and through the conduit d get the directly submerged pipe h into the flap t. As soon as the lever f is pulled down the outlet flap a is raised, the cock g is closed, and air valve open. The task of the fan, whether it is moved by hand or otherwise, is now to press the air through the conduit to the generator shaft. The air must not enter the bed in any way, because the resistance of the glass is too small, and even if it increases air will flow to a certain limit rather than pipe h. The operation of the device is therefore only to raise and lower the lever, or to adjust the air and steam valve. PL
