Abstract

Piec regałowy na gorące powietrze, do pieczenia produktów na regale, ma komorę (5) pieca, przy czym ściana komory (5) pieca ma jedną lub więcej krzywoliniowych części (27), które są zakrzywione wokół zasadniczo pionowej osi, a całkowity kąt rozciągający się naprzeciwko wspomnianej jednej lub więcej krzywoliniowych części (27), wynosi powyżej 80° i mniej niż 300°.
