Fotel moze znalezc zastosowanie takze w innych pojazdach komunikacji zbiorowej takich jak autobusy, tramwaje itp. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie czesci siedziskowej i oparciowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje fotel w widoku z boku, fig.2 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig.3 - fotel w widoku z góry, fig.4 - fotel w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.5 - fotel z podlokietnikami w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 6 - fotel z innymi podlokietnikami w widoku perspektywicznym. Fotel, zwlaszcza do pojazdów komunikacji kolejowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zbudowany jest z dwóch polaczonych ze soba skorup, siedziskowej i oparciowej, do których przymocowane sa wkladki tapicerowane o róznym wzornictwie. Odpowiednio wyprofilowana górna czesc skorupy oparciowej stanowi zaglówek majacy równiez wkladke tapicerowana. Fotel w widoku z boku - jak pokazano na fig. 1 ma ksztalt wyznaczony zarysem czesci oparciowej i siedziskowej. Zarys czesci oparciowej utworzony jest z prostokata o dluzszych pionowych bokach i zaokraglonych narozach, do którego od przodu przystaje wystajaca wkladka o zaokraglonym obrzezu. Prostokat nastepnie przechodzi w figure o ksztalcie zblizonym do wydluzonego paska o boku tylnym w postaci lagodnie wypuklego luku przechodzacego do dolu nieznacznie wkleslym lukiem i o boku przednim utworzonym z lagodnie opadajacego nieznacznie wkleslego odcinka przechodzacego do dolu w lagodnie wypukly odcinek zakonczony krótkim prostym odcinkiem. The seat may also be used in other public transport vehicles, such as buses, trams, etc. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in the shape of the seat and backrest. The industrial design is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the seat in a side view, Fig. 2 - the seat in a front view, Fig. 3 - the seat in a top view, Fig. 4 - the seat in a perspective view, Fig. 5 - the seat with armrests in a perspective view, and Fig. 6 - the seat with other armrests in a perspective view. The seat, particularly for railway vehicles, according to the industrial design is constructed of two connected shells: a seat shell and a backrest shell, to which upholstered inserts of various designs are attached. The appropriately profiled upper part of the backrest shell forms a headrest, also featuring an upholstered insert. The armchair, in a side view—as shown in Fig. 1—has a shape defined by the outline of the backrest and seat sections. The backrest's outline is formed by a rectangle with longer vertical sides and rounded corners, joined at the front by a protruding insert with a rounded edge. The rectangle then transforms into a figure resembling an elongated strip, with the rear side in the form of a gently convex arc transitioning downward in a slightly concave arc, and the front side formed by a gently sloping, slightly concave section transitioning downward into a gently convex section, terminating in a short straight section. The outline of the seat part has a shape similar to an irregular trapezoid with a straight, shorter lower base and a gently rising, longer upper base, rounded at the front, to which an insert in the form of a narrow strip with a profile corresponding to the outline of the upper base line is attached. The armchair in front view - as shown in Fig. 2 - has a shape formed by a low rectangle with rounded corners at the bottom, to which a figure with an outline formed by a higher rectangle passing into an upwardly tapering trapezoid with sides in the shape of gentle arcs, passing into a lower, upwardly tapering trapezoid with rounded corners at the top of the armchair, constituting the headrest. The shape of the upholstered insert located in the backrest in the front view corresponds to the external contour of the backrest, and the shape of the upholstered insert located in the headrest corresponds to the external contour of the headrest. The armchair in a top view - as shown in Fig. 3 - has an external outline defined by the shape of the seat section in a form similar to a rectangle with two straight horizontal sides and two bulging sides, front and rear, and the shape of the backrest section in a form similar to a figure with straight horizontal sides passing through arcs from the rear into a straight vertical section and from the front into a concave section with rounded ends. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. the outline of the backrest section of the armchair in a side view is formed by a rectangle with longer vertical sides and rounded corners. The rectangle that forms the upholstered headrest, together with the insert, turns into a figure with a shape similar to an elongated strip with a rear side in the form of a gently convex arc passing downwards into a slightly concave arc and a front side formed by a gently sloping, slightly concave section passing downwards into a gently convex section ending with a short straight section. 2. the outline of the seat part of the armchair in a side view has a shape similar to an irregular trapezoid with a straight, shorter lower base and a longer upper base that is gently rising and rounded in the front, to which an insert in the form of a narrow strip adjoins with a profile corresponding to the outline of the upper base line. 3. the armchair in a front view has a shape formed by a low rectangle with rounded corners at the bottom, to which a figure formed by a rectangle that turns into a trapezoid that tapers upwards with sides in the form of gentle arcs adjoins, turning into a lower, tapering trapezoid with rounded corners at the top of the armchair. 4. the shape of the upholstered insert in the backrest in the front view corresponds to the external outline of the backrest, and the shape of the upholstered insert in the headrest corresponds to the external outline of the headrest. 5. the armchair in a top view has an external outline defined by the shape of the seat part in a form close to a rectangle with two straight horizontal sides and two bulging sides, front and rear, and the shape of the backrest part in the form of a figure with straight horizontal sides passing from the rear side by arcs into a straight vertical section and from the front side into a concave section with rounded ends.
