Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac fotela przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie czesci siedziskowej i oparciowej oraz wkladek tkaninowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - fotel w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - skorupe tworzywowa fotela stanowiaca czesc oparciowa w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - skorupe fotela stanowiaca czesc siedziskowa w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - skorupe w widoku z tylu, fig. 6 - skorupe w widoku od dolu, fig. 7 - zdjecie fotela w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 8 - zdjecie segmentu skladajacego sie z dwóch foteli z nogami podporowymi w widoku perspektywicznym. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a seat for public transport vehicles. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the seat, manifesting itself in the shape of the seat and backrest sections and the fabric inserts. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the seat in a front view, Fig. 2 - the seat in a side view, Fig. 3 - the plastic shell of the seat constituting the backrest in a front view, Fig. 4 - the seat shell constituting the seat section in a top view, Fig. 5 - the shell in a rear view, Fig. 6 - the shell in a bottom view, Fig. 7 - a perspective view of the seat, and Fig. 8 - a perspective view of a segment consisting of two seats with support legs. This industrial-design public transport seat is constructed from a single plastic shell, forming the backrest and seat sections mounted on a frame. It also includes fabric inserts glued into the recesses of the backrest and seat sections. It is also equipped with a handle that also serves as the upper end of the frame. The backrest section of the shell, viewed from the front, has the shape of a tall trapezoid, slightly widening downward and extending through a larger base into the seat section. The fabric insert on the backrest has an outline corresponding to the shape of the backrest section, with rounded corners. The backrest has a bulge in the rear section corresponding to the shape of the backrest insert. The seat section of the shell, viewed from above, resembles a rectangle with rounded corners at the front, while the fabric insert within this section resembles a rectangle with all corners rounded. The underside of the seat has a bulge that mirrors the shape of the seat insert. The armchair's handle is formed by arc sections extending from the sides of the backrest, connected by a straight section parallel to the upper horizontal side of the shell. The armchair is a modular structure that allows for combination into multi-seat and two-seat segments, as shown in Fig. 8. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The backrest portion of the uniform plastic shell, in a front view, has the shape of a tall trapezoid, slightly widening downwards and transitioning with a larger base into the seat portion, and the fabric insert located in the recess of the backrest has an outline corresponding to the shape of the backrest portion, with the corners of the insert being rounded. The backrest in the rear section has a bulge with a shape corresponding to the shape of the fabric insert. 2. The seat portion of the uniform plastic shell, in a top view, has a shape similar to a rectangle with rounded corners from the front, and the fabric insert located in the recess of the seat has an outline similar to a rectangle with rounded corners. The underside of the seat has a bulge that matches the shape of the fabric insert. 3. The armchair's handle is formed from arc sections extending from the sides of the backrest, connected by a straight section parallel to the upper horizontal side of the shell, which forms the upper base of the trapezoid shell of the backrest section.
