Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie elementów ozdobnych, które stanowia prostokatne wyjecie w górnej czesci tej sciany oraz znacznie wydluzony jeden dwukolorowy uchwyt meblowy zamocowany symetrycznie w dnie tego wyjecia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1-13, na których fig. 1 i 4 przedstawiaja pierwsza odmiane frontu szuflady meblowej w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 i 8 - druga odmiane frontu drzwiczek szafki meblowej o prostokatnym zarysie zewnetrznym w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 i 11 - trzecia odmiane frontu drzwiczek szafki meblowej o kwadratowym zarysie zewnetrznym w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 - front szuflady pokazany na fig. 1 i 4 w widoku z boku, fig. 6 - ten sam front w widoku z góry, fig. 7 - front szuflady i drzwiczek szafki meblowej w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii A-A pokazany na 4,8 i 11, fig. 9 - front drzwiczek meblowych pokazanych na fig. 8 w widoku z boku, fig. 10 - ten sam front w widoku z góry, fig. 12 - front drzwiczek meblowych pokazanych na fig. 11 w widoku z boku, a fig. 13 - ten sam front w widoku z góry. The new and unique character of the industrial design is evident in the shape of the decorative elements, which constitute a rectangular recess in the upper part of this wall and a significantly elongated two-color furniture handle mounted symmetrically at the bottom of this recess. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings figs. 1-13, in which figs. 1 and 4 show the first variant of the furniture drawer front in a front view, figs. 2 and 8 - the second variant of the furniture cabinet door front with a rectangular external outline in a front view, figs. 3 and 11 - the third variant of the furniture cabinet door front with a square external outline in a front view, fig. 5 - the drawer front shown in figs. 1 and 4 in a side view, fig. 6 - the same front in a top view, fig. 7 - the front of the drawer and door of the furniture cabinet in a vertical cross-section along the line A-A shown in 4, 8 and 11, fig. 9 - the front of the furniture door shown in fig. 8 in a side view, fig. 10 - the same front in a top view, fig. 12 - front of the furniture door shown in Fig. 11 in a side view, and Fig. 13 - the same front in a top view. As shown in Figures 1-13, all varieties of drawer fronts and doors of furniture cabinets made of wood, MDF or other wood-based material in the shape of cuboid boards have, near the upper horizontal side, a shallow rectangular recess situated symmetrically in relation to their length, in which a significantly elongated two-point furniture handle is mounted, having two contrasting colors, having the shape of an elongated rectangle in the front view, and in the top view a shape similar to a significantly shortened letter "U", both ends of which are darker than its central part, the darker ends having a rectangular shape in the front and side view, and a triangular shape in the top and bottom view. The first variant of the industrial design comprising the drawer front shown in Fig. 1 and Figs. 4-7 has a rectangular outline in a front view, the second variant of the industrial design comprising the furniture cabinet door front shown in Fig. 2 and Figs. 7-10 has a rectangular outline in a front view, and the third variant of the industrial design also comprising the furniture cabinet door front shown in Figs. 3 and 11-13 and Fig. 7 has a square outline in a front view. Essential features of the industrial design of the drawer and door front of furniture elements in the shape of a cuboidal board made of wood, MDF or wood-based material shown in figures 1-15 are characterized by the following: - all varieties of drawer and door fronts of furniture cabinets made of wood, MDF or other wood-based material in the shape of cuboidal boards have, near the upper horizontal side, a shallow rectangular recess situated symmetrically in relation to their length, in which a significantly elongated two-point furniture handle is mounted, having two contrasting colours, in the front view having the shape of an elongated rectangle, and in the top view having a shape similar to a significantly shortened letter "U", both ends of which are darker than its central part, wherein the darker ends have the shape of a U in the front and side view rectangular, and in the top and bottom view it has a triangular shape. - the first variant of the industrial design including the drawer front shown in Fig. 1 and Figs. 4-7 has a rectangular outline in the front view, - the second variant of the industrial design including the front of the furniture cabinet door shown in Fig. 2 and Figs. 7-10 has a rectangular outline in the front view, - the third variant of the industrial design also including the front of the furniture cabinet door shown in Figs. 3 and 11-13 and in Fig. 7 has a square outline in the front view.
