Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest maszyna do zbioru ziemniaków uprzednio wykopanych kopaczka.Zbiór ziemniaków odbywa sie dotychczas kombajnami. Kombajn do ziemniaków zbudowany jest z lemie¬ szy podkopujacych, przenosników odsiewajacych glebe, podnosnika bebnowego, stolu selekcyjnego, separatorów zanieczyszczen oraz zasobnika i przenosnika wynoszacego ziemniaki na przyczepe. Ziemniaki podkopywane sa z redtinarni przez lemiesze podkopujace i podawane na przenosniki odsiewajace, gdzie nastepuje odsauie gleby od ziemniaków. Z przenosnika ziemniaki podawane sa podnosnikiem bebnowym z lopatkami na stól selekcyjny. Na stole tym nastepuje reczne oddzielanie zanieczyszczen w postaci kamieni i grud ziemi od ziemniaków. Stosuje sie takze automatyczne oddzielanie zanieczyszczen od ziemniaków. Ziemniaki spadaja do zasobnika a stamtad prze¬ nosnikiem wynoszacym podawane sa na srodki transportowe.Maszyna do zbioru ziemniaków wedlug wynalazku przeznaczona jest do zbioru ziemniaków uprzednio wykopanych kopaczkami i znajdujacych sie na powierzchni pola.Maszyna wyposazona jest w podbieracz palcowy wspólpracujacy z oslona stanowiaca prowadnice wstepna ziemniaków. The potatoes fall into the hopper and from there are conveyed to the means of transport. The potato harvesting machine according to the invention is designed for harvesting potatoes previously dug up with diggers and located on the field surface. The machine is equipped with a finger pick-up cooperating with the cover acting as an initial guide for potatoes . This cover changes into a grate over which a dragging conveyor is placed.
