Abstract

The process and composition of making seaweed cupcake following steps; washing the seaweeds with freshwater; chopping the seaweeds into small pieces; blanching the seaweeds in boiling water; mixing evaporated milk into the seaweed while seaweeds are grounded; combining of cake flour and of baking powder in a mixing bowl; combining cream butter and sugar in a separate mixing bowl till light and fluffy; beating eggs one at a time; adding flour (mixed with baking powder) alternating with evaporated milk with the seaweeds and vanilla; pouring mixture into molds or small cupcake pans; putting the molds in the oven; removing the cupcake in the cupcake pans or molder and transferring the cupcakes to a wire cooling rack and leaving it until fully cooled.
