The process of producing muffin from velvet apple meat comprising: selecting fresh ripe and firm velvet apple, washing, drying, peeling and shedding 3 cups of velvet apple meat, sifting of all-purpose flour, mixing the ingredients thoroughly, mainly ¬ all-purpose flour, 2 ¬ sugar, 5 tsp. baking powder, 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda, 2 tsp. Philippine lime, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1 cup oil and 4 pcs. egg, pouring the mixture into muffin pans, baking at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and cooling.
