Abstract

The present utility model discloses a method of producing nutritious and healthier chocolate cake with fish meat comprising the steps of; cleaning the fish, steaming the fish, mincing the fish by separating the meat from bone, mashing the minced fish meat, chilling the minced fish meat, measuring all dry ingredients, adding and mixing well all measured dry ingredients except cocoa powder, adding egg yolks to the dry mixture while setting aside the egg white for the meringue, mixing all liquid ingredients, preheating the oven, preparing cake pan by brushing with oil, making meringue by beating the white egg thoroughly with a pinch of cream of tartar while gradually adding white sugar at medium to high speed, combining the flour mixture to the meringue while beating until the mixture becomes smooth, pouring the cake mixture into the greased pan and baking until done.
