Abstract

Fermentador giratorio automatizado de cacao, manejado por una computadora para controlar los procesos de fermentacion, recibe el cacao en la tolva (6), conectada con el elevador de cangilones (9), a un gusano trasportador (2), encima del fermentador y lo deposita a traves de las compuertas automaticas de llenado, vaciado y respiracion (3). Cuenta en su interior que sensores que lo analizan y con paredes de drenaje (23), bypass (20) ademas de una estructura metalica (16) que mezcla y separa la masa del cacao, que ayuda a la oxigenacion junto a las ventanillas ventilacion (4) y compuertas de llenado, vaciado y respiracion (3), ademas un compresor de aire (37) inyecta al secador y calentador de aire (38), al envase calentador de liquido azucarado (39) y al envase aromas naturales (40) cuenta con un reloj digital (44) que controla el tiempo de fermentacion y luces de advertencia (45).
