Abstract
La presente invencion concierne a un metodo para la caracterizacion de polipeptidos que se unen a complejos de peptido:MHC, p. ej. mediante espectrometria de masas y un analisis del espacio peptidico reconocido, es decir, con el fin de identificar peptidos que puedan ser unidos en el contexto de su presentacion por el MHC, y aquellos que no puedan serlo. Tambien se refiere a un metodo para caracterizar la union de una molecula polipeptidica, que comprende al menos un dominio definido de union a peptido ("polipeptido de union a pMHC") a un peptido ("peptido diana") de un complejo de peptido:MHC, el cual comprende: a) facilitar una muestra que comprenda al menos un complejo de peptido:MHC que ha de ser analizada, b) la puesta en contacto de dicha muestra con dicha molecula polipeptidica, ("polipeptido de union a pMHC") y posibilitar que al menos un citado dominio de union a peptido de dicha molecula polipeptidica se una a como minimo un citado complejo de peptido:MHC, c) aislamiento como minimo de un citado complejo de peptido:MHC unido a, como minimo, un citado dominio de union a peptido, y d) identificacion de dicho peptido que esta formando parte de como minimo un complejo de peptido:MHC citado que se ha aislado en el paso c), y de ese modo identificacion de la union de la citada molecula polipeptidica a dicho peptido de como minimo un complejo de peptido:MHC citado
