Abstract

Referida a un compuesto de la formula (I), donde D es un cicloalquilo biciclico en puente, heterociclilo biciclico en puente o cubanilo, cada uno de ellos opcionalmente sustituidos con RX; L1 es alquileno C1-C6, alquenileno C1-C6 o heteroalquileno de 2-7 miembros, opcionalmente sustituidos con RX; R1 y R2 son hidrogeno, alquilo C1-C6, alcoxi C1-C6-alquilo C2-C6, hidroxi-alquilo C2-C6 o sililoxi-alquilo C2-C6; Q es C(O) o S(O)2; A y W son fenilo o heteroarilo de 5-6 miembros, opcionalmente sustituidos con RY; RX es alquilo C1-C6, hidroxi-alquilo C1-C6, halo-alquilo C1-C6, amino-alquilo C1-C6, ciano-alquilo C1-C6, oxo, entre otros; RY es hidrogeno, alquilo C1-C6, alquenilo C1-C6, hidroxi-alquilo C1-C6, hidroxi-alquenilo C1-C6, entre otros; t es 0 o 1. Tambien esta referida a una composici{on farmaceutica. Dichos compuestos son moduladores de elF2B y son utiles en el tratamiento de enfermedades neurodegenerativas, musculoesqueleticas, leucodistrofias, entre otras
