Abstract

Se puede proporcionar un sub-canal inclinado interno, o dispositivo de rampa, para suspender y/o resuspender solidos dentro de un sistema de tuberias durante el transporte de lodo a varios componentes del sistema para transporte de lodo para controlar o reducir el desgaste localizado y severo que ocurre a menudo en bombas de lodos. Realizaciones del dispositivo de rampa pueden ser configuradas adecuadamente para alterar los patrones de flujo multifasico del lodo y/o interrumpir los fenomenos tradicionales de regimen de lecho movil/deslizante. Realizaciones del dispositivo de rampa pueden ser adecuadamente configuradas para levantar particulas abrasivas gruesas de las porciones inferiores de una seccion de tuberia de lodo, donde puede estar presente una concentracion mas alta y/o una presencia mas grande de particulas mas gruesas. Realizaciones del dispositivo de rampa puede ser instalado en la cercania de y/o aguas arriba de bombas de lodo para prevenir ocurrencias de desgate severo localizado en el diametro interior en la pared lateral de succion de la bomba alrededor de la posicion inferior o de las 6 en punto.
