Abstract

Una instalación continua de tratamiento térmico y de tratamiento de acabado de tubos de acero sin costura (1) incluye: un aparato de tratamiento térmico (10); un aparato de inspección de tubos de acero (30) que realiza una prueba para detectar un defecto superficial y/o un defecto interno del tubo de acero sin costura, el aparato de inspección de tubos de acero (30) que está dispuesto corriente abajo del aparato de tratamiento térmico (10); un mecanismo de transferencia principal (100) que forma una ruta de transferencia principal MT para transferir el tubo de acero sin costura, descargado del aparato de tratamiento térmico (10), al aparato de inspección de tubos de acero (30) dispuesto corriente abajo del aparato de tratamiento térmico (10) y un primer aparato de reducción forzada de temperatura de tubos de acero (20A) que reduce de manera forzada una temperatura del tubo de acero sin costura en la ruta de transferencia principal MT, el primer aparato de reducción forzada de temperatura de tubos de acero (20A) que está dispuesto en la ruta de transferencia principal MT en una posición corriente abajo del aparato de tratamiento térmico (10) y corriente arriba del aparato de inspección de tubos de acero (30).
