Abstract

Se describe un método de producción de una tira de acero de acuerdo con la presente invención el cual se caracteriza porque un tira de acero galvanizado por inmersión en caliente y una tira de acero laminado en frío se producen usando un aparato de producción 1 que tiene un horno de recocido continuo 2, una tobera 6 conectada al horno de recocido continuo 2, un dispositivo de placa de sello de tipo contacto 10 y un dispositivo de rodillo de sello sin contacto 20 que están dispuestos en el lado de entrada de la tobera 6 a lo largo de la dirección de transferencia de una tira de acero S en este orden, un tanque de galvanizado por inmersión en caliente 5 que es móvil, y un rodillo colector de inmersión en tanque 31 configurado para girar la dirección de trayectoria de la tira de acero S después de pasar a través de la tobera 6; y el aparato de producción 1 incluye una unidad de producción de tira de acero galvanizado por inmersión en caliente configurada para producir un tira de acero galvanizado por inmersión en caliente al llevar la tira de acero S recocida continuamente en el horno de recocido continuo 2 en un tanque de galvanizado por inmersión en caliente 5, y una unidad de producción de tira de acero laminado en frío configurada para producir una tira de acero laminado en frío al transferir la tira de acero S recocida continuamente en el horno de recocido continuo 2 sin causar que la tira de acero S pase a través del tanque de galvanizado por inmersión en caliente 5, usando un rodillo deflector dispuesto en la posición del rodillo colector de inmersión en tanque 31, el aparato de producción 1 es capaz de intercambiar entre la unidad de producción de tira de acero galvanizado por inmersión en caliente y la unidad de producción de tira de acero laminado en frío.
