Una instalación de tratamiento-térmico-y-tratamiento-de-acabado continuos de un tubo de acero sin costura 1 incluye: un aparato de tratamiento térmico 10; un aparato para inspección de tubo de acero 30 que realiza un ensayo para un defecto de superficie y/o un defecto interior del tubo de acero sin costura, el aparato para inspección de tubo de acero 30 dispuesto corriente abajo del aparato de tratamiento térmico 10; un mecanismo de transferencia principal 100 que forma una ruta de transferencia principal TP para transferencia del tubo de acero sin costura, descargado desde el aparato de tratamiento térmico 10, al aparato para inspección de tubo de acero 30 dispuesto corriente abajo del aparato de tratamiento térmico 10; y un primer aparato de reducción forzada de temperatura de tubo de acero 20A que reduce forzadamente una temperatura del tubo de acero sin costura en la ruta de transferencia principal TP, el primer aparato de reducción forzada de temperatura de tubo de acero 20A dispuesto en la ruta de transferencia principal TP en una posición corriente abajo del aparato de tratamiento térmico 10 y corriente arriba del aparato para inspección de tubo de acero 30.
