本发明公开了一种消音水嘴,它属于用水管件领域,它可以消除冲击声响。本发明是这样实现的,它包含手柄、出水管,所述出水管向外连接一段呈柱形螺旋状绕转的螺旋管,螺旋管的轴向为水平状而非上下状,螺旋管的内径大于出水管的内径,螺旋管的末端连接一直向下的放水管,同时,螺旋管最高处的管腔横截面的高度位置整个的高于出水管最高处的管腔横截面的高度位置。本设计适用于供水终端的水嘴装置。

本发明与给水管件有关,具体是指一种消音水嘴。
背景技术
作为供水终端的水嘴是人们生活日用中离不了的,它一般由进水管、阀体、手柄、出水管等几部分组成,进水管接入供水管路,打开手柄后供水管路内的水就通过开口朝下的出水管直接向下出水,由于终端用户广布且高度位置参差不齐,为保证和满足各处终端都能正常用水的需要,供水干线及支线管路系统内的水压必须维持一个较高的压力数值,这样的压力对于位置较低的用户来说就会带来一个问题:水嘴的出水流速较高,用水放水时水嘴出水口流出的水的冲击力很大,产生较大的噪声声响,据测定有时能达到60-70分贝,这样的声响无疑会影响甚至干扰同室内的其他人,现代生活需要各方面的安静,对已有的噪声声源进行噪声消除或者降低处理是人们急需的,所以针对水嘴出水声响较大的问题很需要改进消除。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种消音水嘴,它可以解决前述的问题。
本发明技术方案的内容如下:它包含手柄、出水管,所述出水管向外连接一段呈柱形螺旋状绕转的螺旋管,螺旋管的轴向为水平状而非上下状,螺旋管的内径大于出水管的内径,螺旋管的末端连接一直向下的放水管,同时,螺旋管最高处的管腔横截面的高度位置整个的高于出水管最高处的管腔横截面的高度位置。
本发明的有益效果是:可以缓冲水嘴的出水压力减轻出水时的水流冲击声响,保持环境的安静。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本设计作举例说明。
如图1、图2所示,本设计的水嘴包含手柄1、出水管2,所述出水管2向外连接一段呈柱形螺旋状绕转的螺旋管3,螺旋管3的轴向为水平状而非上下状,螺旋管的内径大于出水管的内径,螺旋管3的末端连接一直向下的放水管4,同时,螺旋管最高处的管腔横截面的高度位置整个的高于出水管最高处的管腔横截面的高度位置,如图2所示状,具体安装使用中,打开水嘴的手柄1管路系统内的水体开始流出,高压水流会沿着水嘴的出水管2进入管径加大了的螺旋管3内,此时螺旋管的管腔就成了一个储水池,水流会首先储满螺旋管管腔后再从放水管4下流出来,管路内的高压水流在螺旋管管腔内储水的迟滞缓冲作用下无疑会消减掉大部分管路压力,放水管放出的水呈自由下落状态而不再夹带额外压力,冲击声响会降到最低;另外需注意,虽然水流得到了缓冲但流量并没有变化,为了顺利的储水及放水就要让与螺旋管连接的末端放水管4的管径同于螺旋管的口径(粗于水嘴出水管的口径)而不能等同于更不能小于水嘴出水管的口径,否则的话流出的水仍会保持较大的额外压力从而会抵消螺旋管储水的缓冲效果;同时,螺旋管3最高处的管腔横截面的高度位置整个的应高于出水管2最高处的管腔横截面的高度位置,如图2、图3所示状,这样,用水完毕关闭水嘴后,螺旋管3的管腔内就能够保留住从水嘴出水管到螺旋管内的大部分余水储留,为下一次的开阀缓冲提供最佳条件,否则的话上述系统内的储留水就会从放水管流出一大部分,使得水嘴出水管内出现空泡现象,那会降低缓冲降噪效果;举例图示中的螺旋管为两圈多,可以取得较佳的缓冲消减效果,也可绕三圈多或只绕一圈多,另外,螺旋管部分也可单独做,通过接头来连接于水嘴的出水管口,可视情而定。由于本设计增设了螺旋管及加大了管径,大大缓冲了管路系统的水压,使得放水管流出的水呈自由落体状而不再有额外的压力,从而能够实现减小冲击降低噪声的目的。
