本发明公开了一种水嘴接头,它属于用水管件领域,它可以消除冲击声响。本发明是这样实现的,它包含接头,从接头向下连接着一段弯管,弯管先向下后向外再向上共弯成180度角,弯管的外管口向上在超过接头的高度位置一段距离后伸入一中空的矩形水仓内固定密闭连接且外管口接近水仓的下底,同时一直形且管径粗于水嘴出水管直径的放水管从水仓内直向下密闭装置于水仓下底上,放水管的上端接近水仓的上底而下端则向下伸出水仓直到超出弯管的下缘一段距离处。本设计适用于供水终端的水嘴装置。

技术领域
本发明与给水管件有关,具体是指一种水嘴接头。
背景技术
作为供水终端的水嘴是人们生活日用中离不了的,它一般由进水管、出水管、阀杆、阀体等几部分组成,进水管接入供水管路,打开水嘴后供水管路内的水就通过开口朝下的出水管直接向下出水,由于终端用户广布且高度位置参差不齐,为保证和满足各处终端都能正常用水的需要,供水干线及支线管路系统内的水压必须维持一个较高的压力数值,这样的压力对于位置较低的用户来说就会带来一个问题:水嘴的出水流速较高,用水放水时水嘴出水口流出的水的冲击力很大,产生较大的噪声声响,据测定有时能达到60-70分贝,这样的声响无疑会影响甚至干扰同室内的其他人,现代生活需要各方面的安静,对已有的噪声声源进行噪声消除或者降低处理是人们急需的,所以针对水嘴出水声响较大的问题很需要改进消除。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种水嘴接头,它可以解决前述的问题。
本发明技术方案的内容如下:它包含接头,所述接头向下连接着一段弯管,弯管先向下后向外再向上共弯成180度角,弯管的外管口向上在超过接头的高度位置一段距离后伸入一中空的矩形水仓内固定密闭连接且外管口接近水仓的下底,同时一直形且管径粗于水嘴出水管直径的放水管从水仓内直向下密闭装置于水仓下底上,放水管的上端接近水仓的上底而下端则向下伸出水仓直到超出弯管的下缘一段距离处。
本发明的有益效果是:可以缓冲水嘴的出水压力减轻出水时的水流冲击声响,保持环境的安静。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本设计作举例说明。
如图1、图2所示,本设计的水嘴接头包含接头2,接头2为一种活接头,它可以方便与水嘴1的出水管螺纹连接固定整个装置,在接头2向下连接着一段弯管3,弯管3先向下后向外再向上共弯成180度角的形状,弯管的外管口向上在超过接头的高度位置一段距离后伸入一中空的矩形水仓4内固定密闭连接,弯管3的外管口接近水仓的下底而不宜太高,同时一直形且管径粗于水嘴出水管直径的放水管5从水仓4内直向下密闭装置于水仓下底上,放水管5的上端接近水仓4的上底而下端则向下伸出水仓直到超出弯管3的下缘一段距离处以方便接水;具体安装使用中,如图2所示,打开水嘴1开始出水,管路内的高压水流会沿着水嘴1的出水管、弯管3进入水仓4内,水流会首先储满水仓再开始从接近水仓上底的放水管5的上端下流出来,管路内的高压水流在水仓内储水的迟滞缓冲作用下无疑会消减掉大部分管路压力,放水管放出的水呈自由下落状态而不再夹带额外压力,冲击声响会降到最低;当然,水流得到了缓冲但流量并没有变化,为了顺畅的放水就需要把放水管5的管径适当加粗一些而不能等同于更不能小于水嘴出水管的口径,否则的话流出的水仍会保持较大的额外压力抵消了水仓储水的缓冲效果,同时另需注意:整个水嘴接头装置就位后应使得水仓上底的高度位置等于或略高于水嘴出水管最高处的位置,如图2中的标示所示,这样,用水完毕关闭水嘴后,放水管5的上端管口的高度位置就会不低于水嘴出水管最高处的管腔的位置,从而能够保留住从水嘴到水仓内的整个系统内的余水储留,为下一次的开阀缓冲提供最佳条件,否则的话上述系统内的储留水就会从放水管流出一部分,使得系统内出现空泡现象,那会降低缓冲降噪效果。由于本设计增设了弯管及水仓等附加组件,大大缓冲了管路系统的水压,使得放水管流出的水呈自由落体状而不再有额外的压力,从而能够实现减小冲击降低噪声的目的。

1.一种水嘴接头,它包含接头,其特征是所述接头向下连接着一段弯管,弯管先向下后向外再向上共弯成180度角,弯管的外管口向上在超过接头的高度位置一段距离后伸入一中空的矩形水仓内固定密闭连接且外管口接近水仓的下底,同时一直形且管径粗于水嘴出水管直径的放水管从水仓内直向下密闭装置于水仓下底上,放水管的上端接近水仓的上底而下端则向下伸出水仓直到超出弯管的下缘一段距离处。
