Abstract
Un procedimiento para la produccion de un material de nanocelulosa no derivatizado a partir de un material fibroso celulosico, que comprende las etapas de proporcionar una suspension de material fibroso celulosico en una fase continua de un liquido de procedimiento no acuoso que comprende un agente de hinchamiento y un disolvente de procesamiento; permitir que se hinche el material fibroso celulosico tal como para formar una suspension de material fibroso celulosico hinchado en una fase continua de liquido de procesamiento no acuoso; opcionalmente refinar dicha suspension; retirar el agente de hinchamiento del liquido de procedimiento; someter el material fibroso celulosico hinchado; poner en contacto la dispersion de material de nanocelulosa no derivatizado, en el que el fluido supercritico es preferiblemente amoniaco o dioxido de carbono supercritico; caracterizado porque el agente de hinchamiento es una mezcla de baja temperatura de transicion (LTTM) y, en particular, un disolvente eutectico profundo y dicha mezcla de baja temperatura de transicion y, en particular, dicho disolvente eutectico profundo es soluble en el disolvente de procesamiento y en el que el disolvente de procesamiento no es solubilizante ni para el material fibroso celulosico ni para el material de nanocelulosa no derivatizado.
