Abstract
Un método para la producción de gránulos que comprenden carbonato de calcio tratado mediante reacción superficial, al igual que a los gránulos obtenidos de ese modo y a su uso. Reivindicación 1: Método para la producción de gránulos que comprenden carbonato de calcio tratado mediante reacción superficial, caracterizado por las etapas de: a) la provisión de carbonato de calcio tratado mediante reacción superficial, donde el carbonato de calcio tratado mediante reacción superficial es un producto de reacción de carbonato de calcio precipitado o molido natural con dióxido de carbono y uno o más donantes de ión de H₃O⁺ en un medio acuoso, donde el dióxido de carbono se forma in situ por medio del tratamiento de donante de ión de H₃O⁺, y/o es suministrado desde una fuente externa; b) la provisión de uno o más ingredientes activos en forma líquida, c) la saturación del carbonato de calcio tratado mediante reacción superficial con uno o más ingredientes activos en forma líquida, d) la provisión de uno o más aglutinantes, y e) la combinación del carbonato de calcio tratado mediante reacción superficial saturado obtenido en la etapa c) con uno o más aglutinantes de la etapa d), con agitación en un dispositivo de agitación.
