Abstract

Se proporciona una placa de acero resistente a la abrasion que tiene alta dureza hasta la parte del espesor medio de la misma a pesar de que la placa de acero es de 50 mm o mas, y se puede fabricar a bajo costo. La placa de acero resistente a la abrasion tiene una composicion quimica especifica que tiene un DI de 120 o mas, donde DI se define mediante la siguiente Formula (1): Dl =33.85x(0.1xC)0.5x(0.7xSi+1)x(3.33xMn+1)x(0.35xCu+ 1)x(0.36xNi+ 1)x(2.16xCr+1)x(3xMo+1)x(1.75xV+1)x(1.5xW+1) ... (1), tiene una HB, de 360 HBW10/3000 a 490 HBW10/3000, HB1 es una dureza Brinell a una profundidad de 1 mm desde una superficie, tiene una relacion de dureza, HB1/2 con respecto a HB1, de 75% o mas, HB1/2 es una dureza Brinell en una posicion del espesor medio, y tiene un espesor de placa de 50 mm o mas.
