Abstract

Invencion referida a compuestos de formula (I) donde: R1 es un grupo de la formula (i) o (ii); R6 es heteroarilo de 5 miembros, entre otros; R7 es hidrogeno, fluor o cloro; R8 y R9 juntos forman un heterociclo de 5 miembros; R10 es hidrogeno, entre otros; R2 es hidrogeno, entre otros; R3 es hidrogeno o alquilo C1-C3; R4 es hidrogeno, entre otros; R5a es hidrogeno, entre otros y R5b es hidrogeno, entre otros. Es compuesto preferido: acido 3-[5-(4-{ [(2S)-2-({ [trans-4-(Aminometil)ciclohexil]carbonil}-amino)-3-{4'-[(trans-4- hidroxiciclohexil)- carbamoil]-2'-metilbifenil-4-il}propanoil]-amino}fenil)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-il]-2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropanoico (Enantiomero 1). Dichos compuestos son derivados de fenilalanina sustituidos, siendo utiles en la profilaxis y tratamiento de enfermedades cardiovasculares y/o perdida de sangre perioperatoria grave
