REFERIDA A UNA CELULA DE LEVADURA QUE COMPRENDE ARCILLA O UN COMPONENTE DE ARCILLA ENTRELAZADO EN SU PARED CELULAR CULTIVADA EN UN MEDIO QUE CONTIENE ARCILLA EN UNA CANTIDAD DE ENTRE 0.125% A 4.0%, DONDE DICHA LEVADURA SE SELECCIONADA DE SACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE, CANDIDA, KLUIVEROMYCES, TORULASPORA Y SUS COMBINACIONES Y LA ARCILLA ES MINERAL O SINTETICA PUDIENDO SER BENTONITA, ALUMINOSILICATO, MONTMORILONITA, CAOLINITA, ENTRE OTRAS.
