REFERIDO A UN PROCESO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE BIOSORBENTES PARA REMOCION DE METALES CATIONICOS O ANIONICOS DE SOLUCIONES ACUOSAS. DICHO PROCESO COMPRENDE LOS PASOS DE: a) CRECER LA CEPA BACTERIANA BACILLUS SP. FORMANDO AGREGADOS ESPONTANEOS DE CELULAS BACTERIANAS; b) DEJAR DE SEDIMENTAR LOS AGREGADOS DE CELULAS BACTERIANAS PARA CONCENTRARLOS, RETIRAR EL MEDIO DE CULTIVO Y LAVAR CON AGUA; c) CONTACTAR LOS AGREGADOS DE CELULAS BACTERIANAS CONCENTRADOS CON UNA SOLUCION DE POLIETILENIMINA EN METANOL Y DEJAR REACCIONAR; d) CONTACTAR LOS AGREGADOS DE CELULAS BACTERIANAS CONCENTRADOS TRATADOS CON POLIETILENIMINA CON UNA SOLUCION DE GLUTARALDEHIDO; Y e) DEJAR DE SEDIMENTAR Y LAVAR CON AGUA PARA OBTENER EL BIOSORBENTE. LA SOLUCION DE POLIETILENIMINA TIENE UNA CONCENTRACION EN LA MEZCLA DE REACCION ENTRE 0,5 A 10 % p/v. LA SOLUCION DE GLUTARALDEHIDO TIENE UNA CONCENTRACION ENTRE 0,1 A 2 % v/v
