Abstract
REFERIDA AL COMPUESTO 7-FLUORO-4-[2-[4-(TIENO[3,2-c]PIRIDIN-4-IL)PIPERAZIN-1-IL]-2-OXOETIL]-QUINOLEIN-2(1H)-ONA DE FORMULA (I). TAMBIEN ESTA REFERIDA A UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DEL COMPUESTO 7-FLUORO-2-OXO-4-[2-[4-[TIENO[3,2-c]PIRIDIN-4-IL)PIPERAZIN-1-IL]ETIL]-1,2-DIHIDROQUINOLEIN-1-ACETAMIDA DE FORMULA (II) EN EL QUE EL COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (I) INTERVIENE COMO INTERMEDIARIO Y DONDE DICHO PROCEDIMIENTO COMPRENDE: a) HACER REACCIONAR EL ACIDO 4-ACETICO-7-FLUOROQUINOLEIN-2(1H)-ONA (III) Y LA 4-PIPERAZIN-1-IL)TIENO[3,2-c]PIRIDINA (IV) PARA OBTENER EL COMPUESTO (I), b) REDUCIR EL COMPUESTO (I) CON UN HIDRURO METALICO ALCALINO EN UN DISOLVENTE POLAR O APOLAR TAL COMOHIDRURO DE LITIO Y DE ALUMINIO EN TETRAHIDROFURANO, ENTRE OTROS, PARA OBTENER EL COMPUESTO (V), c) ALQUILAR LA AMINA SECUNDARIA DEL COMPUESTO REDUCIDO PARA OBTENER EL COMPUESTO (II). EL COMPUESTO (II) TIENE ACTIVIDAD ANTAGONISTA DE LA SEROTONINA, PARTICULARMENTE, SOBRE LOS RECEPTORES 5HT1B Y 5HT2A Y ES UTIL EN EL TRATAMIENTO DE LA HIPERTENSION, ISQUEMIAS, ANGINA, ENTRE OTRAS
