Abstract
DONDE EL OXIGENO ES INSUFLADO SOBRE LA FUSION DE COBRE EN UN HORNO DE FUSION, QUE TIENE UN REVESTIMIENTO REFRACTARIO Y UNA CALDERA DE RECUPERACION COLOCADA ENCIMA, CON EL FIN DE OXIDAR LOS CONTAMINANTES CONTENIDOS EN LA FUSION Y ELIMINARLOS COMO RESULTADO DE LA FUSION, TENIENDO EL HORNO UN DISPOSITIVO DE PROTECCION CON PULVERIZADOR A TRAVES DEL CUAL SE PROPORCIONAN POR LA PARED INFERIOR DEL HORNO FLUJOS DE AGUA SOBRE LA FUSION DE COBRE PREVINIENDO QUE EL COBRE SE DISPERSE FUERA DE LA FUSION. AGUA HIRVIENTE ES USADA PARA ENFRIAR EL DISPOSITIVO, SIENDO DICHA AGUA SOMETIDA A UNA PRESION DE MAS DE 5 BARIAS Y EVAPORADA POR LO MENOS PARCIALMENTE MIENTRAS FLUYE A TRAVES DEL DISPOSITIVO, ADEMAS DE SER CONECTADA EN EL CONDUCTO DE ALIMENTACION Y RETORNO A UN CIRCUITO DE AGUA REFRIGERANTE DE LA CALDERA. EL DISPOSITIVO TIENE TUBERIAS DE ACERO A TRAVES DEL CUAL FLUYE EL AGUA HIRVIENTE COMO UNA PROTECCION DEL PULVERIZADOR
