Abstract

Et osseointegrerende enkelt tann- implantat for en fastsittende tanner- statning med et i alt vesentlig sylin- drisk grunnlegeme som har en åpen utbo- ring i sin koronale ende, med en dis- tansehylse som har en cervikal sentre- ringskrave, en skulder i koronal retning som tilknyttes en sentreringskrave, og en åpen utboring i den koronale enden til å holde en implantatstift og utstyrt med et festehode til tannerstatningen, hvor det i innerveggen til den hulsylin- driske ringutsparingen umiddelbart i tilknytning til endekanten til grunn- legemet er et første antall koronalt åpne grunnlegeme-formriktige spor i fortrinnsvis regelmessig oppdelingi og på ytterveggen til senterforbindelsen er det anordnet til de grunnlegeme-formrik- tige sporene komplementært utformet et andre antall distansehylse-formriktige knaster, hvor det andre antallet er et heltallig multiplum av det første antal- let, og at av de distansehylse-formrik- tige knastene blir til slutt bare de tilbake på distansehylsen som fastsetter den ønskede stillingen av distansehylsen til grunnlegemet.
