Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører frem- gangsmåter for kromatografisk separa- sjon av enantiomerestere fra 2-alkano- ylkromanderivater med formel (I) (O 0-A hvor Z er -(CH2)nl-(CHA)n2-(CH2)n3/ hvor ni = O, l, 2 eller 3, n2 = O eller l, n3 = O, l, 2 eller 3, med det forbehold at ni + n2 + n3 < 4, R6, R7, R8 og R9 er uavhengig av hverandre H, A, OA, fenok- sy, OH, F, Cl, Br, I, CN, CF3, N02, NH2, NHA, NA2, Ac, Ph, sykloalkyl med 3-7 C- atomer, -CH2NH2, -CH2NHA, -CH2NA2, -CH2NHAc eller -CH2NHS02CH3, hvor to nabostilte radikaler også kan være en alkylenkjede med 3 eller 4 C-atomer, A er alkyl med 1-6 C-atomer, Ac er alkanoyl med 1-10 C-atomer eller aroyl med 7-11 C-atomer, Ph er usubstituert eller R5-, 2-, 3- eller 4-pyridyl-eller fenoksysubstituert fenyl, R5 er usub- stituert eller 1-5 F-, CF3- eller helt eller delvis fluorsubstituert A, A og/eller OA-substituert fenyl, ved hjelp av kromatografi på sorpsjonsmid- ler som inneholder aromatisk karbamat- substituerte polysakkarider, f.eks. cellulose, spesielt cellulose-tris(3,5- dimetylfenylkarbamat), under anvendelse av elueringsmidler som inneholder C:- . til C5-alkoholer. Egnede elueringsmid- ler er Cj- til C5-alkoholer, spesielt metanol og etanol, eller deres bland- inger. Foretrukne elueringsmidler er G!- til C5-alkoholer og Cj- til C10- hydrokarboner, spesielt blandinger av heksan eller heptan med 2-propanol.
