Abstract

Det beskrives en ny fremgangsmåte for fjerning av biofilm fra testoverflater. Fremgangsmåten anvender en blanding av bestanddeler som forbedrer fjerning av biofilm. Prøvetagningsinnretningen, f.eks. en bomullspensel, kan først fuktes i den blanding som fjerner biofilm, så kan det tas prøver av biofilmen fra overflaten med prøvetagningsinnretningen. På den annen side kan blandingen av bestanddeler også sprøytes direkte på den undersøkte overflaten, hvoretter biofilmen tas som prøve med prøvetagningsanordningen. Mikroorganismene bestemmes fra prøvetagningsanordningen med en i og for seg kjent fremgangsmåte, f.eks. ved dyrkning. Blandingen av bestanddeler kan også anvendes for forbehandling av overflater før rensing eller desinfisering for å fjerne biofilmlaget som er dannet mi-krober. Sammensetning av bestanddelblandingen velges avhengig av anvendel-sen. Fremgangsmåten tillater pålitelig og reproduserbar bestemmelse av mikroor-ganismer som dannes på de undersøkte overflatene.
