Abstract
Det beskrives en ny fremgangsmåte for fjerning av biofilm fra testoverflater. Fremgangsmåten anvender en blanding av bestanddeler som forbedrer fjerning av biofilm. Prøvetagningsinnretningen, f.eks. en bomullspensel, kan først fuktes i den blanding som fjerner biofilm, så kan det tas prøver av biofilmen fra overflaten med prøvetagningsinnretningen. På den annen side kan blandingen av bestanddeler også sprøytes direkte på den undersøkte overflaten, hvoretter biofilmen tas som prøve med prøvetagningsanordningen. Mikroorganismene bestemmes fra prøvetagningsanordningen med en i og for seg kjent fremgangsmåte, f.eks. ved dyrkning. Blandingen av bestanddeler kan også anvendes for forbehandling av overflater før rensing eller desinfisering for å fjerne biofilmlaget som er dannet mi-krober. Sammensetning av bestanddelblandingen velges avhengig av anvendel-sen. Fremgangsmåten tillater pålitelig og reproduserbar bestemmelse av mikroor-ganismer som dannes på de undersøkte overflatene.A new method for removing biofilm from test surfaces is described. The method uses a mixture of ingredients that improves the removal of biofilm. The sampling device, e.g. a cotton brush, can first be wetted in the mixture removing biofilm, then samples of the biofilm can be taken from the surface with the sampling device. On the other hand, the mixture of constituents can also be sprayed directly on the examined surface, after which the biofilm is sampled with the sampling device. The microorganisms are determined from the sampling device by a method known per se, e.g. by cultivation. The mixture of ingredients can also be used for pretreatment of surfaces before cleaning or disinfection to remove the biofilm layer formed microbes. The composition of the ingredient mixture is chosen depending on the application. The method allows reliable and reproducible determination of microorganisms formed on the examined surfaces.
