本发明涉及测试铅的试剂及其测试方法,主要解决成本高,测定费时较长,操作繁杂的问题,其特征是:浸出液组份按重量百分比为:柠檬酸1%-5%,其余为水;显色剂组份按重量百分比为:玟瑰红酸盐25%-50%,滑石粉50%-75%,使用时只需将浸出液滴在试样上,然后用蘸有显色剂的棉花签揩擦测试点,根据棉花签上呈现的红色即可知铅的存在及铅的含量,使用方便,能随身携带。

测试铅的试剂及其测试方法
本发明涉及测试铅的试剂和用蘸有试剂的棉花签揩擦试样来测试铅的方法。
铅系有毒的重金属,对人体的有害遍及全身各系统和器官,对肝、肾和胸的为害尤甚,但铅的分布极广,在人们日常生活的周围环境中到处存在,尤其日常用具如搪瓷、陶瓷等器皿上的铅,与食品直接接触,为此需经常检验铅的含量,在已有技术中,需用醋酸浸泡一段时间,然后用原子吸收分光光度法测定,或用二苯磺腙试剂抽取,进行比色测定,这样测定费时较长,操作繁复并需用一定的仪器设备,只能在实验室里,并由经训练过的技术人员进行。
本发明的目的是提供一种成本低的试剂和测试简单、能随身携带、现场测试铅的方法。
本发明由浸出液和显色剂组成,其特征是:浸出液组份按重量百分比为:
柠檬酸1%--5%,
其余为水;显色剂组份按重量百分比为:
玫瑰红酸盐25%--50,
滑石粉    50%--75%。
测定铅时,把浸出液滴在试样表面上,然后用蘸有显色剂的棉花签揩擦测试点,根据棉花签上呈现的红色即可知铅的存在及铅的含量。
由于本发明只有浸出液和显色剂组成,所以它的成本低,使用时只需将浸出液滴在试样表面上,然后用蘸有显色剂的棉花签揩擦测试点,根据棉花签上呈现的红色即可知铅的存在及铅的含量,所以它的测试非常简单。
下面结合实施例对本发明作详细说明,
实施例一:浸出液组份按重量百分比为:
柠檬酸1%,

滑石粉    75%。
实施例二:浸出液组份按重量百分比为:
柠檬酸3%,
其余为水;显色剂组份按重量百分比为:
玫瑰红酸盐33%,
滑石粉    67%。
实施例三:浸出液组份按重量百分比为:
柠檬酸5%,
其余为水;显色剂组份按重量百分比为:
玫瑰红酸盐50%,
滑石粉    50%。

1、测试铅的试剂,包括浸出液和显色剂,其特征是:浸出液组份按重量百分比为:
柠檬酸1%--5%,
其余为水;显色剂组份按重量百分比为:
玫瑰红酸盐25%--50%,
滑石粉    50%--75%。
2、测试铅的方法,其特征是:把浸出液滴在试样表面上,然后用蘸有显色剂的棉花签揩擦测试点,根据棉花签上呈现的红色即可知铅的存在及铅的含量。
