Abstract

Oppfinnelsen tilveiebringer en dekodingsfremgangsmåte for kodet bevegelig bildesignal og et dekodingsapparat som anvender samme, dvs. en dekodingsfremgangsmåte for bevegelig bildesignal oppnådd ved å kode innmatede digitale bevegelige bildesignaler, å samle i en enhet av et bilde, å avgi bitstrømmer som innbefatter tidsinformasjonen for foreliggende bilde, å akkumulere bitstrømmene i sendesidens buffer, og dekode bitstrømmene som styres til å kode et neste bilde når bufferens restkapasitet blir mindre enn en viss terskel, kjennetegnet ved å beregne tiden mellom bilder fra den genererte kodingsmengde for det mottatte foregående bilde, terskelen og sendehastigheten, å sammenligne tidsinformasjonen som ekstraheres fra den innmatede bitstrøm og tiden mellom bilder, og å bedømme hvorvidt den ekstraherte tidsinformasjon er korrekt eller ikke. Hvis der er en feil i tidsinformasjonen for bitstrømmer, kan følgelig feilen detekteres, og dekoding på basis av gal tidsinformasjn hindres, slik at åpenbar forstyrrelse av dekodet bilde kan hindres.
