Abstract

Preparat for kontrollert frigivelse av et biologisk aktivt materiale, kjennetegnet ved at det omfatter en blanding av: a) momokaproin, eventuelt i blanding med momokaprylin og/eller monokaprin, og b) en polar væske ut- valgt fra slike polare væsker som er i stand til å danne en L2-fase med a), og c) et biologisk aktivt materiale opp- løst eller dispergert i blandingen av a) og b), idet a) er til stede i prepa- ratet, basert på den totale vekt av a) + b), i en mengde fra den lavere grense hvor blandingen av a) og b) danner en reversert micelle (L2)-struktur og opp- til 100 vekt% av a), med det ytter- ligere forbehold at blandingen av a) og b) hovedsakelig er innen dette spesi- fikke domene av L2-strukturen, i et fasediagram, hvor L2-strukturen vil endres til en normal micelle (Ll)- struktur dersom den bringes i kontakt med en ekstern, polar væske. Preparatet anvendes fortrinnsvis som et medisinsk preparat.
