Abstract
Sammensetning egnet for topisk administrering for behandling av en hyperproiifcrativ hudsykdom som er en gel omfattende (A) en forbindelse med formelen Ar, A,-N Aj-N Ar, O // N-R a) hvor Al og A2 hver er uavhengig av hverandre hydrogen, lavere alkyl, lavere alkenyl, lavere alk7nyl, aryl, acyl, lavere alkylsulfonyl eller arylsulfonyl; eller hvor A\ og A2 sammen danner usubstituert eller lavere alkyl- eller hydroksy-substituert lavere alkylen; At] og Ar2 er hver uavhengig av hverandre aryl, heteroaryl eller usubstituert eller substituert cyklDalk7l; gruppen -C(=X)- er -C(=0)-, -C(=S)-, -CH2- eller - C(=CRi R2)- hvor Rj og R2 er hver, uavhengig av hverandre, hydrogen eller lavere alkyl; og R er hydrogen, lavere alkyl, aryl-lavere alkyl, aryl, amino, hydroksy eller lavere alkoksy; forutsatt at R er forskjellig fra fenyl når A] og A2 er hydrogen.
