Abstract

Ved konstruksjon av en marin konstruksjon av gravita- sjonstypen ved et sted med en sammenlignbar stor vanndybde, konstrueres et fundament (2) som tjener som en flyter i en tørrdokk, og et sylindrisk legeme (4) som utgjør en under- vanns-subkonstruksjon konstrueres på fundamentet (2) på et verft i et grunt sjøområde. Det sylindriske legeme (4) er teleskopisk sammensatt og en øvre sylinder (4C) lages for å fungere som en flyter. Ballastvann (Wb) fylles i fundamentet (2) ved installasjonsstedet med en større vanndybde, for å neddykke fundamentet (2), og en nedre sylinder er forlenget med den øvre sylinderen (4C) som en flyter. Etter at funda- mentet har landet, fylles fundamentet og det sylindriske legeme med fyllmateriale, og den øvre konstruksjon på sjøen konstrueres på den øvre delen av det sylindriske legeme (4).
