Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for å detektere sondefell på stedet for sonder som leverer et elektrisk signal som følge av en endring l konsentrasjonen til en substans som skal måles. Et eksempel på en slik sondefell kan være bevirket av f.eks. forurensning av membranet når den relative endring i signalet kan bli tolket som en endring i konsentrasjonen av substansen som skal måles. Nærmere bestemt angår oppfinnelsen en fremgangsmåte for å detektere behovet for kalibrering av sonder, hvilke sonder leverer et elektrisk signal som følge av en endring av konsentrasjonen til substansen som skal måles. Sonden utsettes trinnvis for endring av konsentrasjonen til substansen som skal måles. Verdien til sondens reaksjonstidskonstant for den tilveiebrakte målekurven beregnes ved hjelp av følgende hovedlignlng: dy dt hvor t = *c - y = CXQ = tid (tid) sondereaksjonstldskonstanten (tid) substratsondesignal (massevolum"!) substratkonsentrasjon ved starten av reaksjonen (massevolunT1) hastighetsendringen for substratkonssentra- sjonen (massevolum"1 tid'1). De beregnede tc-verdlene til i det minste to for- skjellige målinger sammenlignes med hverandre og i tilfelle av at tc-verdiene ikke passer med hverandre foretas kalibrering av sonden.
