Abstract
MOSFET-transistorer eller IGBT-transistorer i respektive armer i en elektronisk vekselretter er i serie med styrte silisiumlikerettere eller TRIACer som trigges til ledning under intervaller hvor det er ment at de respektive MOSFET-transistorer eller IGBT-transistorer som er koplet til høynivå likeret- terklemmen, skal lede. Styringen av de styrte silisiumlikeretterne eller TRIACene blir bevirket fra styringen av MOSFET-transistorene eller med forsinkelse eller på en betinget måte. Kretsen eliminerer effektivt transienter på vekselretter- utgangen.
